Halo 3: ODST comes out tomorrow. If you haven't already preordered for your downloadable Sergeant Johnson then this round up should help you save a bit of cash before you head out this week.

Price round-ups are forum discussions that let the community track prices and trade in offers for upcoming releases. It is an opportunity to share trade in exploits, point out online sales, reveal broken street dates and helps reduce work for staff so that we can have more frequent round-ups.

Im guessing he used the eb games buy 2 preowned and get 1 free to get the game for $47. The deal has ended and has been replaced by just a normal sale. Bomberman: Act Zero is only $13 and is not on the exclusion list.

Here's a receipt proving street date has been broken by David Jones in SA.

Is it possible to use this to buy the game today?

Trade in value is on their web site!
http://ebgames.com.au/xbox/product.cfm?id=13380&refer=productsearch

87$ If you trade it back by 28 sept
70$ by 5 oct
60$ by 12 oct

Buy it from bigw for 68$ on thursday and by 28 trade it in profit 19 bucks.  Smiley

All,

The little information sheet they sent me for the trade in specifically states "Trade it back by: ... 28 Sept 09 and get $87" and ALSO states "Get 10% more with an edge card. Ask me how."

I don't know about that!

Sure they're sometimes more expensive, but they always price match, therefore bringing their items down from "rip-offs" to "bargains". And since you're buying at a bargain then trading at a bargain you have a double bargain!

Plus you can buy a whole lot of "bargains" with thousands of dollars of credit! Especially if that credit was a "double bargain" in the first place! Following the logic, that therefore means you have thousands of "double bargain" dollars of credit to spend on more "double bargains"... or to put it simply, you'd have thousands of dollars credit to spend on bargain bargain bargain bargains... or "quad-bargains" as they are more commonly known.

Do you follow my logic?

And you can't say you don't appreciate a good "quad-bargain"! Especially when that "quad-bargain" is something that is essentially only a single "bargain" in the other "better" stores you speak of!
