Hi All,

Bought a Nintendo DS Lite from JB a week ago and it died on me (not thru my fault of my own). Got the reciepts and all so thats not an issue.

Whats the quickest way to get a replacement? Go back to JB and explain the issue (will they replace it or send it to Nintendo)

or go straight to Nintendo ?

Any advice would be good, just want a working DS back ASAP.

If it is only a week old JB will probably swap it in store for a new one.  That would be my first option.  If not, send it off to Nintendo direct.

Dont even bother with going through Nintendo. Just walk straight into JB and they will swap it over, and demand some kind of reimbursement for the trouble. Otherwise get a refund and buy elsewhere.

Yep thanks for the advice. And you are all correct.

ask a JB employee and they said if within 30 days JB handles the warranties.
