WiiSports Resort debuts next week on July the 23rd. There are plenty of preorder deals on offer as this is a fairly important title from Nintendo that comes bundled with the new WiiMotion Plus accessory.

Price round-ups are forum discussions that let the community track prices and trade in offers for upcoming releases. It is an opportunity to share trade in exploits, point out online sales, reveal broken street dates and helps reduce work for staff so that we can have more frequent round-ups.

JB Hi-Fi has the best deal on offer: trade in 2 Wii games *exclusions apply, and get Wii Sports Resort FREE from July 23. Be sure to check the exclusions list closer to the release date. (You can net Wii Sports Resort for about $40-50 if you use this method)

EB is offering Sports Resort for $79 if you preorder. They have since withdrawn their earlier offer of an EXTRA Wii MotionPlus for preorders.

GAME is offering Sports Resort for $79, online price - they offer Free shipping Australia-wide.

Target's upcoming toy sale will have Sports Resort for $99, with an extra Wii MotionPlus thrown in.

A stand-alone Wii MotionPlus will cost around $30-35, and I've only seen it on sale at EB so far.

GAME have trade one offer + 29.95, plus an extra motion plus if you pre-order. The extra motion plus deal can be seen on their front page on that scrolling thingo

The trade-one offer at http://www.game.com.au/tradedeals
You need an eligble game for the trade-one though

My recommendation (from the other thread, now deleted) was to grab 4 wii games (not on the JB exclusion list) for $80 - $100 and trade for Sports Resort and EA's Grand Slam Tennis.

Both come with Motion plus so you get two games and two M+. Deal!

If you happen to live in Melbourne, EBgames at Swanston St are doing an event where you can buy WiiSports Resort and receive a second wii motion plus and a wii double charger.

You could easily get it for $70 all up (game with 2 MotionPlus) - $40 on pre-owned games for JB trade deal, then $30 on your 2nd MotionPlus.

And using Charlie's tactic for $80, both games with 2 MotionPluses.

Even better, some EB's will match JB's trade offer and give you the 2nd motion plus for free.

I think that's an in store offer only
But speaking of which, I have a pre-order at Game for Wii Sports but I'm not going through with it. Say I purchase it and return it, would I have to give back the additional Motion Plus given?

For JB's trade in 2 wii games for Wii Sports Resort, can we only trade these games after the Wii Sports Resort is released or can we do it now? I want to do it before the game is released in case the excluded list is updated
