I have made many purchases from Fispond without any problems until now. I ordered some Nintendo DS games along with some other items at the beginning of November. Each time I checked the status of my order the delivery dates were set back. When I tried to cancel the order I was told it was too late. Now it appears that my order will not arrive until January 2012. I am disappointed and highly frustrated with the lack of customer service. I will never order from them again. They have lost me as a customer.

Did they have stock when you ordered... meaning did it say, "in stock, will ship in  x amount of day", if so, they have to give you the option to cancel....

That is horrible. The biggest frustration I've found ordering with Fishpond is the general lack of communication and the only way to communicate with them is via email (or posted feedback on their site to which they respond by an email). There are just some times when you want to speak with someone over the phone but that's impossible with them.

Might be difficult to check now, but I'd also recommend what Meganubis has suggested above.
