Its the 29th and I still havnt received my cards. I live in Sydney. So I have emailed them back asking for a full refund, which they said they would do if my cards hadnt arrived by the 28th. What a load of BS. Never shopping with Fishpond again, no matter how good the prices may be.

My card arrived today. I'm glad it arrived but Fishpond's behavior was disgusting. Lies and misleading and deceptive conduct. If they'd been up front about the delays I'd have been fine with it. Not shopping with them again.

They processed my refund. The cards did not arrive. I dont expect that they will because I dont believe they ever sent them. Will never buy from Fishpond again.

Wow like you lot I've been waiting for my points ordered in May - I didn't know I was in the same boat as others. ?

I made 2 separate orders over 2 separate weekends - and just last week I demanded they refill the orders as I'd already waited 4 weeks. Soon after that I ended up receiving the 1st order (26/5 date marked on it).

Is it reasonable for Fishpond to expect me to return the re-orders if they eventually arrive - won't I be out of pocket for postage (and do I gamble on using standard post myself?)

I wonder what my entitlements are considering there was considerable delay? I'd be happy to pay for the re-orders as the price I got them at was unbelievable and I will eventually use the points anyway.

I also wonder how they can put in a claim for the missing items if there is no tracking on standard post? ? It seems there is a heavy reliance on the honour system here - Fishpond is taking the customer's word that they didn't receive the item and Australia Post is taking Fishpond's word that the customer did not receive the item.

Anyone returned a "lost item now received"?

I received my points last night. I ordered 2 x 3000 cards, but instead recieved 1 x 3000 card and 1 x 1500 card. Fishpond had already refunded my order and had given me 5 pounds credit.

Being the honest chap that I am, I told them I had finally received the order, but that it wasnt what I had actually ordered. So, I have asked them to charge me for the 1 x 3000 card at the price I bought it and also charge me for the 1 x 1500 card at 50% of the price of the 3000 card. Fair enough?

Oh, and I told them to use the 5 pound credit against the order too!

Not a bad deal, if that is what they charge me. But it took so long and I didnt even get what I ordered.

Doubt I will ever order again from them.

I got my cards earlier this week, relieved to have finally received them (happy enough to withdraw my paypal dispute anyway). Not so happy about the delay, and won't be shopping with them again.

How did you go about doing that?  Have they come back to you and agreed to let you pay for the re-order?

That's what I want to do if the re-filled order does eventually arrive.  You will understand when I tell you that my order was 10 x 3000 cards for $107.80 delivered.  I have no idea why at that particular moment they were $10.78 each, but they were and the price went back up immediately after.  The original order finally arrived this week.
