Microsoft's foray into motion controls will hit Australia this Thursday. Have you already made your preorder? If not you may want to converse with others in the forum and find out the best plan.
Price round-ups are forum discussions that let the community track prices and trade-in offers for upcoming releases. It is an opportunity to share trade-in exploits, point out online sales, reveal broken street dates and helps reduce work for staff so that we can have more frequent round-ups.

The best deal by far is the HN one... incredible value.

However, for just the Kinect without the console, the Dick Smith one is by far the best.
Kinect + Kinect Adventures (obviously) + Your Shape for $198 is pretty damn good! If only they had the choice of Your Shape, Dance Central or Kinect Sports. =S

Kinect Adventures is EXTREMELY fun with 2 people, the sensor works a charm, except it does detect viewers who are standing behind the players, but nevertheless, a really fun add on for family gamers And yes, I have one

HN also have the 250gb Xbox 360 + Kinect + Kinect Adventures + Dance Central for $468... does EB still have that policy where they don't match bundles? I have some credit I want to use for this...

Ranma, unfortunately EB and GAME will not price match the HN deal. GAME is usually open to hearing about the details of bundle deals (and deciding from there), but not with this deal, while EB straight out does not price match bundles. GAME staff have been informed not to price match this time as it is below their cost price.

@steve Damn it... well I know EB matches just consoles by itself, so I can always match HN's price of $398 for the 4gb version plus Kinect.. What are the chances that EB's going to come up with their own Kinect bundles? I've been checking out the catalogues and Kmart, Target, BigW, etc all have decent bundles.. yet on EB's website there's nothing. Grr.

@Ranma... not likely. Their promotion (I think) is the 4GB Slim plus Kinect/Kinect Adventures for $428. They never seem to have amazing deals on bundles like this... they don't really need to I guess. BigW and HN just do it to get people into the store, upgrade them on warranties etc. If you have store credit to use, then price matching HN is probably the best way to go.

Broadly speaking, Big W seem to have the best prices on standalone games, with most between $58 and $68.
EDIT: At Australian brick and mortar retail that might be pricematchable elsewhere, not imports or anything.
