USA Direct2Drive Purchase Civ5

I wanna preorder Civilization 5 Deluxe from D2D USA - coz it comes with the first DLC and is ~AU$65, while the regular version purchasable from aussie steam is ~AU$90, thats more expensive and less content - all on digital purchase...

I could get it via CDWow for ~AU$50, but id prefer to have the DLC from day one, and who knows they might price the DLC upwards of AU$20 later on...

This is such a blatant ripoff for aussies that i really would prefer to purchase it as an international customer.

I think my options are either get a friend from overseas to purchase/gift it to me, somehow use a virtual prepaid international credit card, or use a paid for purchaser service.

Any other ideas? what has worked for you guys?

i'm not too sure about digital download prices, but thanks for showing me the CDWoW price, i'll definitely grab it from there for that price.
