That is a real shame -- there is an element of risk handing over money and personal details to a unknown website, and just getting a EU region CDkey in return. Somehow it doesn't seem to be worth the $7 saving (over DSE). I just don't understand why digitally distributed CD keys aren't cheaper than they are -- there are significant savings for the manufacturer!
