That's not cheap at all, you could purchase a 120gb for $200. $1.666 per a gb which means buying your HDD is pretty much paying retail price ($1.666X20 = $33).

Since the 250gb HDD is coming out prices may also get updated too.

I had ample interest when I sold my 20GB HDD a month or so ago. I think I ended up selling it for $40 posted so you should aim to get around that.

Is it an official Microsoft HDD? or a third party one?  Whatever happened to all the murmurings about an update from Microsoft blocking the use of non-official HDD's?
