Cheapest and Best way to get Modern Warfare 2 (PC)

Ive seen a fair bit of talk about MW2 imports lately, just wondering what everyone would recommend going with?

I imported my Call of Duty 4 from Thailand - Full English import, the only thing was the manual was in Thai. It was fully legit, had a legit CD key as well... all for $30 shortly after its release.

guy guys guys, don't know if you've been keeping up, but the retail version requires you to have steam installed

so the cheapest way would be to buy a key and download an iso of the game
