I think Dead or Alive is better than the past Soul Caliburs. Not because of better mechanics or gameplay but entirely because it was online. Having a human opponent to play when ever you want actually allows you to take advantage of the depth of a fighter, unlike SC and its AI.

Anyway, one absolute must buy.

I hardly like DOA, haven't played 4 in depth so I won't make a comment. I love Soul Calibur so this is positive news, though I probably won't be using it much imo in terms of fighters online play will never ever come close to smashing your mates right next to each oterh =)
