They are the same but I've always had a better service from thehut.

I think it's as thehut is the parent company and zavvi is just a brand name they bought off a high-street chain that went bust.

Do Zavvi send factory sealed games? Or is their service worse in that regard also?

Just on AssBro - I didn't get the non-Platinum version I ordered for 18 quid, but have today ordered the 13 quid Platinum version.

So they must hate money or something.

I've received 2 games without any seals which is really rare...
1. Assassin's Creed - it was sealed in plastic although no Microsoft seal.
2. Metal Gear Solid 4 - no plastic seal although the disc and manual looks brand new and untouched.
