Dragon's Dogma is due out Tuesday, April 24th on both Xbox 360 and PS3.
Price round-ups are forum discussions that let the community track prices and trade-in offers for upcoming releases. It is an opportunity to share trade-in exploits, point out online sales, reveal broken street dates and helps reduce work for staff so that we can have more frequent round-ups.

Hey,
Pretty sure the demo is out on April 24th and the actual game is out in May.

Hey guys, I heard that there have been a lot of people in USA who got their games early (via delivery as well as broken street date). I'm just wondering if there are any stores that have started selling Dragon's Dogma or not. I pre-ordered mine from JB.
Also wondering if breaking street date is a common practice or not. I assume it doesn't happen often for big titles, but Dragon's Dogma seems to be quite under the radar.

Breaking street dates seems to happen now and again - esp for big titles. Publishers will try to get around it however - if a retailer is persistent with doing it. For instance delivering stock to that retailer a bit later on the next big release, or a lower allocation of stock compared to competitors, or offer their competitors attractive pre-order deals for the next big release, etc, etc. There was talk of $ fines being put in place - but not sure if that has ever been followed up on.
