bought this from JB for $109.95 and never got around to playing it (same with a lot of my XBOX 360 games.. went through a collecting phase but didn't have the time to play 'em).  The MS seal is intact, but I'd taken the cover plastic off (case and cover in excellent condition).

Please make a decent offer or off to ebay it goes.
