Not only does this post start out by sounding like you're needing a ****.....you also just parrot what we all can see on the JB website.

Also -

of course deals will come from websites... we dont make the deals, the stores do. if they release a good deal then I spread the word... just like any other "bargin" ozbargin/ecogamer/whirlpool... they dont make the deals, someone sees a good deal from a website then uses the forums to spread the word... so why are you targeting me?

Do you expect me to fabricate deals you R2D2 wanabe.

Hey, anyone else remember the glory days of actually having games with high EB Games trade-in value and JB Hi-Fi exclusion lists that weren't almost 100% of all games? Anyone remember the times we did these deals and helped each other out, rather than just trying to do all this convoluted **** to save $2, or a voucher for 10% off or something?

Seems like a distant memory.

yea not many ways to make that store cridit now it's hard... but here's an insite i'm able to dig up

Wow sign and sounds, pre-order unchartered 3 for $78 and get unchartered 2 for free... if you value a trade bait at $20 (unchartered 2) then your getting unchartered 3 for $58, which is the cheapest anywhere in oz.

Uh...check your link suze, it's about the Samsung Galaxy 2 and not the JB deal, which is now convenient in the chatbox on the front page. Link to the MW3 trade-in deal here:

I made a pre-order for the UC3 Special Ed through Harvey Norman, but was told that they did not have any stock, even though I have the pre-order confirmation. I've been busy, but I'm looking to go down to Harvey Norman sometime this week, show them the pre-order confirmation and demand that they do something about it, because it's ridiculous that I get confirmation that my pre-order was received, but there is no stock to fill that pre-order.

I got my copy of UC3 Special Ed today! After work, went to the Harvey Norman store I pre-ordered the game and received the email confirmation of the pre-order from. I brought the print out of the email confirmation of my pre-order with me.

After showing the sales assistant my pre-order, he checked the system but couldn't find my name or any details of my pre-order, despite me clearly having the print out confirmation of my pre-order. He then echoed what another sales assistant told me over the phone: that they had sold out of UC3: Special Ed a while ago, and if my name wasn't in the system, I missed out despite having that confirmation of the pre-order.

I asked him if he knew when the pre-orders for the Special Ed were "sold out" and he checked the system...seems like that particular store only had stock for about 15 UC3 Special Eds. One of the pre-orders was made the same day as mine! So he kindly went back to the stock room to check if there were any copies left.

He came back with a copy and I asked him if they had extras, but the answer was that someone had double-ordered by accident. Not sure whether that was true or not...just excited that I have a copy of UC3 Special Ed and only paid $78 for it, same price as the normal version!

Here's an insight for all of you, but you might need to move quick because things can change very quickly.

I found out by chance that Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Special Edition is part of the JB 3-for-1 offer. This isn't up on the website or in the catalogues, and the 3-for-1 sticker is only stuck on the game in some stores I visited, but a JB employee confirmed that it is a game that you can get by trading 3-for-1 games.

The JB value of the game is $109. If there is still stock and you're lucky enough, you may be able to get it for just under $37.

Some shopping/hunting required, but here's how to do it. I won't list the name of the games but it should be fairly easy to figure out which games I'm talking about. All games are Playstation 3 games though, and one of them is part of a bundle with microphones. That should be a big enough hint to work out what game it is.

As it has been "advertised" in the forums and in the chat box, Target are selling some Move games for $14.88. I've managed to find three different Move games at that price that aren't on the JB Hi-Fi Exclusion list. Not sure you'll be able to buy online, your best bet is to go to a nearby Target store. They should have heaps of these Move games.

Game is selling a game BRAND NEW for just $7, both online and in-store, but you might want to go in-store to pick it up. This game, to my surprise, and to the surprise of some JB employees, is NOT on the JB Exclusion list.

$14.88 + $14.88 + $7 = $36.76

If you don't get UC3 special edition (or if JB has run out of stock), it's still superb value trading for a $89 game, or even one of JB's cheaper $69 games that you can get 3-for-1.

Good luck guys! Do it fast before JB chuck these games onto the exclusion list.

Note: If we could please refrain from openly naming what the games are, since we want them to remain off the exclusion list as long as possible!

I'm not keen to get that $7 game, even if it's to use as bait.  Would be a *100% hit to pride*.
