Update: Well the game is out tonight. For those of you who didn't preorder that means stores have FINALLY announced their prices (most of them anyway). Check out the guide for the list.

Price round-ups are forum discussions that let the community track   prices  and trade-in offers for upcoming releases. It is an opportunity   to  share trade-in exploits, point out online sales, reveal broken   street  dates and helps reduce work for staff so that we can have more    frequent round-ups.

EB Games price, according to their website, is $118.00, for what looks to be the standard edition (correct me if I'm wrong):

http://www.ebgames.com.au/xbox360-147777-Halo-Reach-Xbox-360

Looks like i will be price matching to Harvey Norman's price if this is the case:

http://www.harveynorman.com.au/product/1256969907506/halo-reach-standard-edition---xbox-

Lance, fishpond may have the cheaptest price, but im sure many gamers will want to play online the DAY it comes out, rather than waiting for it to arrive in the postage.

BTW:

JbHi-Fi:

Standard Edition: $119.00
Limited Edition: $129.00

GAME are offering the lowest price on launch guarenteed for all pre orders on the standard edition.

Obviously they won't match online prices but at least you can get it on day of release.

would EB have a 1st week tradeback deal? cos at the moment you can get singularity for $59 then trade it for halo for $75 at game. then price match big W for $84 so you add $9. total spending $68 for reach. if EB has like a $95 trade back you can trade it in on the 1st day of release 16th of Sept which is alos the last day for the 50% (65% with edge) bonus credit trading towards a pre-order. potentially you can put $156.75 (95*1.65) into pre-order. or just get $109.25 when traded within the 1st week of release (95*1.15).

that is massive profit but you need to bank on eb having a deal. what do you guys think?

Haha, I think at some point soon these companies are going to have to realise they cant trade at such high rates.. They are going to put themselves out of business!

Wow suicine94, sound complicated. BTW, if game do not match online prices, then they won't price match $84 from Big W, because on their website it says "Online deal only"

Not sure if EB have the $95 trade in deal.

I looked at their website, and they seem to have even taken off information related to their Price Matching. I rung my store today and they say they do still do price matching as long as the retailer has stock of what you want to price match to.

$89 from Video Ezy

http://yfrog.com/3u58293425036606364719171j

So eb wouldn't price match the online $84 Big W price. Is $84 also Big W in store price?
