I think quite a few of us got Portal for free didn't we?
to which I have to ask - why?
Surely you would have all picked up one of the better games of the past few years ages ago? ? I'm guessing it's free to showcase their 'also on Mac' store and also whet people's appetites for Portal 2.
Anyways, back on topic - nothing much these past couple of weeks.. though I pre-ordered / traded for Red Dead Redemption Limited Edition at Game (2 copies for about $50 each worth of traded games) and think I'll be returning one to pick up Alan Wake Collector's Edition. I might 'downgrade' to the normal Red Dead and then just work my way through the Golden Guns, horses etc. and save myself $40.
I'm still weighing up getting the Humble Indie Compilation off Steam, as I've been wanting Machinarium and And Yet It Moves for a long while (I've already got World of Goo and Osmos) - but I've been catching up this month with downloading other Steam purchases and so far I'm already at 100GB quota (on an Exetel 'unlimited' account.. but there's already been people asked to churn to another ISP as they've used too much unlimited bandwidth.. short story - Exetel falsely advertised a product and cannot service it so are bullying heavy downloaders to leave / kicking them out).
