Tell 'em They're Dreamin' celebrates all those moments when you've wondered and had to ask yourself if a store was dreaming when they priced an item.

It is an opportunity to tell the world about the bad deals and ridiculous prices you've seen and have some laughs over them. Drop by the forum discussion to participate and link to any photos if you have them.

It's been a while since the last one of these features. Not sure if we can all remember the best ones but surely there's some ones floating around right now.

Was at JB hifi recently just having a browse, been wanting to get 007: Quantum of Solace (PS3) for while now, around the store it was for $29, preowned etc. Was looking through the front, I find a few priced for $29, look behind a few xbox games and I see it for $10.

This thread cannot pass without mentioning the BIGGEST "Tell 'em They're Dreamin' " of all time....

The JB HiFi exclusion list update.

I don't think anything can top that.

Ahhhh, so many to choose from!  One of the best was at Target.  They had InFamous for $99, right beside it:  InFamous (Platinum edition) for $49.

Another:  The Force Unleashed at EB for $79 (pre-owned), next door in Target, they had it brand new for $70.   Roll Eyes

This is just a weird one. Was in Southland Harvey Norman today and they has Destroy All Humans 2 (PS2) at 50% off, bringing it down go $40. So, originally priced at $80 for a 5 year old game...

....but it was $6 at QV Harvey Norman. Gotta love the consistency Smiley

You're a digit off. It was $999.99. More than double the price of the console it was for. Tongue

And about a month ago, I'd seen some GBA games at David Jones for $69.95... Huh And they weren't exactly must have titles either (e.g. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Need For Speed: MW...) Roll Eyes
