Trade in Heavy Rain for $63

I walked into EB today and saw a sign that said if you trade in Heavy Rain before Thu 11 Mar (coincidentally, the release date of BC2!), you'll get $63. I can't recall whether that was strictly before the 11th or whether it was inclusive.

Pretty poor considering it's sold out at most places as is.
