How to get M.A.G for $56 from BigW

If you dont know BigW had MAG for $88 or with official playstation headset for $98 (which is like $70 off the headset anyway)

but since i already have a headset i thought i would sell it on Ebay or somthing until i noticed somthing interesting on the reciept

instead of MAG $88, headset (modified to $10)

it read MAG $56ish, headset $46ish

so since i had theoretically paid $46 for the headset i just went and returned it and got my $46 back, and i work there and had a chat with the managers about it, it cannot be reffused. looks like bigW dropped the ball on this one

And you might even get lucky by being served by someone that has no idea what they'r doing. The bird serving me was one step away from refunding me the full $78 for the headset, SO CLOSE

yeah the advertisement is hidden away somewhere in the Baby Week catalouge which started yesterday, its on their website

I don't get it, doesn't the game come with the game as in the headset is in a special MAG box set so the receipt scans as a MAG special edition or something?

How can you separate bundles? Thats like buying a Band Hero box set and then returning the Guitars as a separate Guitar.

no they are seperate and just sold as a bundle

Nope, MAG is just a standalone game, and the limited edition is just a steelbook case with some exclusive armour and other stuff.

Thanks for posting about this. I managed to price match it at EB Games, but with the collector's edition instead. (So I got the collector's edition and headset for $98!) Might sell the headset though because I already own one :p

if they ad it as MAG 88 and headset on the receipt as modified 10 i'd refund game so i can get a $10 headset dont have one yet.

Tried today at BigW southland, Guy said no its supposed to be packaged item which isnt in yet, and wouldnt let me purchase both for the $98 price.   Isnt that store baiting if you cant purchase a product in a catalouge was never available.



Not impressed and pissed off as other stores had sold out of headset so must have been doing it.

I got the bundle yesterday and the receipt showed full prices for both then a -60ish for 'PS3 special bundle' or something like that so either they've fixed it or it isn't possible at all BIG Ws.
