Hey everyone,
I have drafted up a few paragraphs of tips so that you guys who are not as fond with trading can follow. I have also stated different ways of posting, paying etc.

Selling Instructions
Describing Your Product:
It is recommended that you go by this format when describing games which you want to sell:

NAME: (Title of the Game) What console is the game on?
REGION:  (PAL, NTSC, Region Free etc.) Can the game be played on an Australian Console?
CONDITION: (Brand New, Sealed, Mint, Excellent etc.) Are all contents included?
PRICE: (Including or plus postage) What type of Postage?

A great idea when it comes to selling is to provide payment methods, postage details (Regular, Registered, Express) and also to provide a tracking number where applicable.

It is also advised to add a picture of the item that you sell whenever possible. When I mean this, I don't mean a photo taken off Ebay or Google Images. Actual photos provide a more accurate description and items are more likely to be sold.

Payments And Shipping:
Payments:
All types of payment are allowed on this forum. Some popular types of payment are:

-PayPal- Highly recommended as it is safe, although fees to incur to sellers but there are no fees when it comes to buying.
-Bank Deposit- This is done at a Bank Branch or can be done through the internet. Important details to provide to seller when paying by Bank Deposit:
Bank Name: (Name of the seller's bank)
Branch Number (BSB): (A 6 digit number that belongs to the branch)
Account Name: (Name of account holder)
Account Number: (Number of the bank account)
-Cash (Local Pickup only- This is advised only when a pick up of the item is arranged. Sending cash through the mail is a big no-no and can result in disputes, so this is not allowed.
Shipping:
It is extremely important to note down the type of shipping and the cost.
The different types of postage are:
Regular: (3-5 business days Australia wide, No Tracking Number.)
Registered- (3-5 business days Australia wide- Tracking Number (Although Limited Tracking) and Insurance provided, other options available too)
Express Post- (Next business day delivery Australia wide- Tracking Number)

-Couriers are also available to post out goods for are very pricey and not recommended
-Personally, I would recommend registering all post. It only costs an extra $2.80 and will keep you safe from buyers who try and scam you by saying they don?t receive the items when they do.

Other Tips and Things to Remember at the Trading Post:

-Please be patient when it comes to waiting for PM?s. Just remember that everyone is not online at every minute of the day.
-Australia Post does not function on weekends, this means that your parcels will not be processed on weekends nor will they be delivered on weekends.
-Only post out the item once payment is CLEARED. PayPal for example have a box at the top of the invoice saying ?Ok To Post?. When using PayPal as a payment method, please use that as a guide.
-Before selling or buying, please check the Buyer/Seller Feedback thread. This thread gets updated regularly and will keep count of positive and negative votes for each user.

HAPPY TRADING!

Thanks for your effort Chr15, but a lot of people prefer to give more detailed information in PM's as it drives interest.

Yes, that is a good point but having such information as stated above will gain more interest amongst the general public.
