I'm not sure Amazon.com deliver to Australia. I know they don't deliver games.

According to Amazon's shipping page, they do deliver games to australia.

Restrictions

The following items can be shipped to almost all destinations outside the U.S.:

    * books
    * DVDs
    * music
    * VHS videos

Additionally, some consumer electronics, health and personal care, home and garden, jewelry, pet supplies, shoes, software, sporting goods, tools, video games, and watches can be shipped to the following countries:

      Australia...

Edit: Oh my god... I just tried to order from Amazon US, and they wanted to charge $71 AUD to ship 4 games! I tried removing the game that wasn't in stock, which made it $55! That's absolute insanity. When I ordered from Amazon UK a few weeks back, they only charged me $18 AUD to ship 5 blu-ray movies, 1 of which was a tin box set. Unbelievable.

yeah, Amazon looks good until you work out that they ship from different suppliers/warehouses, at a separate cost each. Some scary freight costs like the one above.

You really need to stick top one department (eg books) and make sure its from Amazon itself (not "partners or affiliates") as freight will kill you

Looks like they have tightened up on games, as I used to buy them as recently as January (when dollar was high last time) from Amazon, but it now excludes me from doing so

Add to that the dubious value of imported games for trade purposes, delay ex US, and occassional region lock (Eg Buzz on the PS3!), and its just not worth it
