yeah you cant hold online retailers responsible for long delivery times....

unless they decide to do a CD-WOW, whereby pre orders are sent months after the game comes out.

In Zavvi, or The Hut's defence, they shipped it before the launch date, but Royal & Aus mail took their sweet time.

I think there mite be an issue with DLC with an Asian version of the game. Otherwise it would be identical.

$70 is an alrite price,,, average on Ebay is about $64 (or less) for Asian version

hate to admit this but Maple Story, this was really enjoyable for a couple of months. And its free but requires lots of downloads and of course time.

Tetris, on my first gameboy with the yellow and black screen, that was technically free. Played that game to death.... well not quite death as it still works Smiley

i've got plenty more... but dont have the time to write it up.

I think you beat the system, and what you did is perfectly legal as its part of each retailers store policy.

However, you may have hindered us bargain hunters and possibly the wider community in the long run because each retailer you went to will have learned from their mistakes. Therefore, they may not be willing to let us trade / return / price match what have you in the future.

Generally, its the 1% that spoils it for other the 99%.

Played multiplayer, like someone said earlier it takes ages to get into a game.

Kept getting owned in deatchmatch, so i predominately play co op and its great. Its like playing horde on Gear of War 2. In all my matches in coop every one plays properly and helps each other out and i'm really liking it... love this game

Its pretty good I really enjoy the gun fights, the AI is much better than the first. They frequently throw grenades and flank u.

The jumping around and scripted bits are fun, for the first time round... but the next time u do it you kinda know what to do and becomes a chore.

Up to chapter six at the moment, and really enjoying the story so far. All in all I like it as much as the first one. An 8.9 out of 10 for me.

Mite upgrade my rating to a full 9, when i get into the multiplayer online.

Yep thanks for the advice. And you are all correct.

ask a JB employee and they said if within 30 days JB handles the warranties.

Hi All,

Bought a Nintendo DS Lite from JB a week ago and it died on me (not thru my fault of my own). Got the reciepts and all so thats not an issue.

Whats the quickest way to get a replacement? Go back to JB and explain the issue (will they replace it or send it to Nintendo)

or go straight to Nintendo ?

Any advice would be good, just want a working DS back ASAP.
