Yep! Not all torrents are illegal :P
More information: http://www.ocremix.org/info/OC_ReMix:_Super_Street_Fighter_II_Turbo_HD_Remix_Official_Soundtrack

From the site:
"OverClocked ReMix was proud to work with Capcom to develop a new, remixed soundtrack for Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix. While video game companies have worked with fans in the past, HD Remix is the first major video game with a completely fan-made soundtrack. More than twenty gamers from around the world contributed remixes of the original Street Fighter games' music for inclusion in the updated game, in styles including jazz, hip-hop, reggaeton, spaghetti western, garage rock, big beat and electronica."

Is that download legal?
Yup!
It looks like the people at OCRemix actually helped make the soundtrack for SF2THDR.
Just easier to download a torrent than each file individually.

Yeah 100% legal. DJP and liontamer managed to persuade capcom to leave the songs freely accessable.

It's a great album (but I suppose I have to say that because I worked on it).

Yep, I've downloaded this and also recommend this soundtrack. Plenty of other great gaming soundtracks on the site from yesteryear.

Can never get sick of "Made In USA" (Ken's stage), no matter how many times I hear it.

de blob 2 soundtrack is currently free over on gamespot (http://au.gamespot.com/news/6301134.html).  It may be available elsewhere. This is just where I tripped over it. Note that it is in wav format and over 400meg.
