Its been a long time coming. Economical Gamer's sixth anniversary is rapidly approaching and this year everyone is in for the biggest change in the entire history of the site. On May 19th Economical Gamer will be having a complete re-launch.
An entirely new and completely custom built platform is on the way, which will enable the community to finally share deals and information in a more timely and categorised way. With it everyone can share coupons and discuss sales about a particular game or store without the delays of moderator approval.
The site will be down the day before the re-launch and all users will be logged out (accounts will be kept). It is my intention to move from writing content into a role of building new features for the platform. I'll also be looking to you all for feedback and guidance to improve the service as an ongoing routine after launch.
